FIREBOX 27-4 D-Shift
On December 25, 2006 @ 1350 Hrs. Firebox 27-4 8120 Del Haven Rd was dispatched for the dwelling fire. E61 arrived with smoke showing from the eves. Crews found the fire in the attic of the structure. Remainder of the Box: BC33, E6, E15, T15, E9, M6, FL273, E271
FIREBOX 6-8 A-Shift
On December 22, 2006 @ 2132 Hrs. Non-Emergency Local Box 6-8 2917 Yorkway was dispatched to E61 on the road. E61 arrived with a 2-story middle of the group row home with smoke showing 2nd floor. E61 requested a box assignment with possible rescue. Captain off of E61 took limited command and entered the structure, the FADO took command until the 2nd engine E15 arrived. E61 made a quick knock of a bedroom fire, with T15 venting the structure. Remainder of the Box: BC3, E9, FL273, EMS3, M106, M6, E57, S262
FIREBOX 27-3 C-Shift
On November 15, 2006 @ 23:51 Hrs. Firebox 27-3 2021 Kelmore Rd. was dispatched for the dwelling fire. U276 arrived with smoke showing 2nd floor. E271 made a quick knock of a bathroom and hallway fire. E61 along with E15 and T15 assisted 271 with interior operations. E9 was RIT. Remainder of the Box: BC3, FL273, M6, E272, AU248

On November 5, 2006 @ 06:23 Hrs. Firebox 27-3 2083 Larkhall Rd. was dispatched as fire reported out. E272 requested the box assignment for a bedroom fire. E61 arrived and placed in service a 2nd handline. Remainder of the Box: BC33, E15, T15, E9, E57, M106

On October 23,2006 @ 01:44 Hrs. Firebox 6-8 2955 Yorkway was dispatched for the dwelling fire. M6 arrived with smoke showing. E61 laid in from Yorkway and Dunmanway arriving with smoke showing side A of a 2-stoty inside of group row home. E61's crew made a quick knock of a bedroom fire. T15 made the primary seach. FIREBOX 27-6 A-Shift
On September 16, 2006 Firebox 27-6 3148 was dispatched for the apartment fire. BC3 arrived on location with a 3 story apartment fire. BC3 declare working apartment fire. E15 arrived to make a quick knock of the apartment. E61 & T15 was given the task of primary search. The remainder of the box assisted in suppression activities. FIREBOX 57-2 C-Shift
On September 2, 2006 @ 14:39 Hrs. local box 57-2 Truck Dock 463-B was dispatched for the unknown type of fire at the Mittal Steel Company (formally Bethlehem Steel). E57 observed heavy smoke and fire showing from all 4 floors of a 4 story belt house building. E57 requested for the box assignment and a 2nd alarm. E57 advanced the initial hand lines into the structure. 3rd alarm was requested for water supply. On August 31, 2006 @ 1752 Hrs. Firebox 6-12 8010 Stansbury Rd was dispatched for a building fire. E61 arrived requesting a 2nd alarm with heavy fire and a partial collapse. Eventually the fire grew to 4 alarms before being brought under control. On August 23, 2006 @ 13:49 Hrs. Firebox 6-7 2521 Yorkway was dispatched for the apartment fire. Dispatched upgraded the assignment to apartment
with rescue. E61 arrived on side ALPHA with fire showing first floor of a 2-story apartment building. E61 crew made a quick knock of the fire while the
remainder of the box assisted in search and rescue, the search was negative. Remainder of the Box: BC33, E6, E271, E15, E9, E57 AND T15

On August 19, 2006 @ 03:55 Hrs. Firebox 9-2 4700 North Point Blvd was dispatched for the building fire. E-9 arrived with heavy fire on side ALPHA and declare a working fire. Crews made a quick knock of the fire. Remainder of the Box: BC33, E57, E261, E61, E15, T15, S262,AU248, RH153, RH154 and RH155.

June 5, 2006 @ 1443 Hrs. Firebox 6-11 3111 Sollers Point Rd. was dispatched for a dwelling fire. E6 & E61 arrived with a 2-story single family dwelling with smoke showing. BC-3 upgraded to working fire @ 1450 hours. E6 made initial attack while crews from E61, E15, T15 and E271 assisted in fireground operations.

March 18, 2006 @ 0924 Hrs Firebox 57-13 was dispatched for a building fire. E57 arrived with a conveyor belt fire. E57 requested a 2nd alarm immediately. E57 was the initial attack crew along with E261. E61 picked up the split lay and set up the draft site. T15 & E15 assisted crews on scene. LOCAL BOX 6-61 C-Shift
March 18, 2006 @ 0853 Hrs. E-61 & M6 responded to a 10-50 PI at the Key Bridge. U378 on location with a single car roll over. E-61 arrived on location with a multi car accident with one on its side and all occupants out of vehicles. All patients were transported to local hospitals.

February 12, 2006 @ 09:26 hrs. Firebox 6-11 3133 Sollerspoint Rd was dispatched. E6 arrived with smoke showing from the rear, after investigation command reported a fully involved shed to the rear of the structure. E6 and E15 handled the call.
February 6, 2006 @ 2052 hrs. Firebox 15-3 620 46th St. was dispatched. E15 arrived with a 2-Story single family dwelling with heavy fire showing. Box assignment: BC33, E15, T15, E6, E282, E71, E272, F273, E16, S262, M15, M7, A275, EMS4, AU248, RH154, RH155
February 6, 2006 @ 1144 hrs. Firebox 9-2 4603 Northpoint Blvd. was dispatched. Originally dispatched as a local box with E9 upgrading to the full box assignment. E9 reported that they had an exterior exhaust system fire with possible extension into the interior. E57 reported to command that the fire had traveled into the interior via the exhaust duct system. Original interior crews: E57, SU57, E61, E272, E263, E15 & T15 knocked the fire once exhaust system was opened up. The remainder of the box was set as relief crews for the initial crews. Several company employees were transported to area hospitals. January 24, 2006 @ 2326 hrs. Firebox 6-7 2602 Yorkway was dispatched. The call was originally dispatched as a local firebox (stove fire). While enroute dispatched upgraded the call to a full assignment due to multiple calls. E61 arrived with a 2-story duplex with smoke showing. E61’s crew entered the structure and confirmed a fully involved kitchen fire. E61 made a quick knock of the fire. E272 and T15 assisted with interior crews. F273 assisted with the lighting.
